飓风中心说,美国东部时间上午10时30分(北京时间晚10时30分),“古斯塔夫”风眼在路易斯安那州科科德里附近登陆,造成大量降雨,但它的强度级别已从预测的3至4级降至2级,风速减为每小时177公里。 据美国有线电视新闻网报道,受“古斯塔夫”飓风影响,新奥尔良地区一个工业大坝被淹没,市区水位明显上升。报道说,当地人员已全部撤离。
